Best Vegan Cinnamon Roll in the US??

As a vegan, you probably know its not vegetables and fruits all day, everyday. Vegan pastries are an important part of every plant based diet (kidding… kind of). While most vegans know of the ever-popular Cinnaholic, we took a trip to Denver, Colorado and found a strong contender for the best vegan cinnamon roll.

Enter: Beet Box, a small vegan bakery in Denver, with espresso drinks, lunch items, and of course, lots of delicious pastries. We wish we were adventourus enough (and hungry enough) to try them all, but we think that most bakeries can be ranked and judged based on one dessert: their cinnamon roll.

I was pleasantly surpirised with Beet Box’s cinnamon roll. All too often the dough is thick/not fluffy enough but Beet Box got it RIGHT. Their caramel icing perfectly complemented the airy dough. Their version is definitely akin to a sticky bun but alas! A superb cinnamon bun, worth a try if you’re in the Denver area.
