Where To Get a Late Night Vegan Dessert In LA
While we here at The Greenverse aren’t FULLY moved to LA yet, we do spend a decent amount of time down there. Enough time that we have figured out where to satisfy our post-dinner sweet tooth. Finding vegan desserts isn’t a simple feat; most bakeries are only open during the day and/or close before dinnertime. So what does one do when a sugar craving rolls around? Turn to this article, that’s what!
For a great scoop of ice-cream: Cocobella Creamery
This Hollywood ice-creamery is arguably one of the best in LA. Vegan or non-vegan, their flavors and sundaes are sure to impress them all.
For a funky donut: Donut Friend LA
Most donut shops aren’t open past afternoon, but Donut Friend saves the day! Their donuts are rich and indulgent, featuring a rage of unique flavors such as crème brûlée and passionfruit.
For a cupcake craving: Erin Mckenna LA
This NYC bakery has found success in LA with its vegan baked goods. Now we will be honest, there are other places to try for your donuts/pastries/etc./ but we do love them for their cupcakes! Hard to find a good vegan cupcake in LA, so if you’re craving one, this is the place.
For something truly indulgent: Cinnaholic
Cinnaholic is a nationwide chain that I’ve tried in at least 4 different locations….don’t judge me. They don’t overtly advertise as a vegan dessert spot; they let the rolls speak for themselves. And boy do they tell a tale. Maybe I’m biased but I’m pretty sure a classic roll can solve any problem.
For softserve and a dank waffle cone: Yoga-urt
This hidden Glendale gem is such a cute spot for a late night ice cream cone. They have a ton of soft serve flavors, but forewarning, they only have a handful available each night. Regardless, they’re all top notch AND full of healthy ingredients.
