WE FOUND SUSTAINABLE COFFEE IN LAS VEGAS
For Christmas break, we visited our family in Las Vegas, which, to be honest, is not the most sustainable city. Millions of lights, cars driven everywhere, etc.; Vegas is not known for groundbreaking sustainability initiatives.
But, when shopping in Summerlin, we stumbled across a new coffee shop called Makers & Finders. It opened in Downtown Summerlin last September and serves artisan coffee, teas, light snacks, and a Sunday brunch. We loved the aesthetics and concept of Makers & Finders: "A Latin-inspired coffee shop for influencers and visitors," as well as their use of ethically sourced teas from Tealet, and handmade drinks and syrups.
Tealet sources their teas from small family farms and connects their products to larger coffee and tea companies. In addition to using Tealet, M&F hand makes syrups in house. We tried the Lavender Latte, which uses their house made lavender syrup. So good!!!!
