The Best Hikes Across the US To Take This Fall

Fall is upon us and peak foliage is right around the corner (at least in the North East… Sorry California!!) Here are some amazing hikes to enjoy the autumnal weather and beautiful scenery!

Maroon Bells, Colorado

Maroon Bells is one of the most scenic, colorful, and vibrant valleys during autumn. With 13 trails to choose from ranging from 1-13 miles, there is a path for everyone!

Breakneck Ridge Trail, New York

One of the more challenging trails, Breakneck Ridge lives up to its name. However, if you can manage the difficult trek, the views over the Hudson are some of the prettiest of the fall foliage season.

Gile Mountain, New Hampshire

This could be my Dartmouth bias, but Gile Mountain is one of the most beautiful views during peak foliage season. While it isn’t the most difficult hike (literally a slight hill with a tower structure at the end) the view is absolutely unmatched.
